1) Dublicate layer and set it to screen 10-45%. It really depends on your pic.
2) Create selective color layer 
Reds: -100/ 17/ 100/ 0
Yellows: -47/ -31/ -21/ 0
Neutrals: 17/  -11/ -18/  -17
3) Create selective color layer #2
Reds: -72/ -30/ -27/ 100
Neutrals: 26/  -12/ -22/ 5
4) Create selective color layer #3
Reds: -64/ -12/ 1/ -17
Yellows: -21/ 17/ -20/ -44
Neutrals: -6/  -2/ -2/  6
5) Create Hue/Saturation layer
Master
Saturation:  +12
